We offer fast and reliable shipping options for all jewelry purchases, including engagement rings, wedding bands, bracelets, earrings, and custom-designed pieces. Whether you're shopping for a special occasion or a timeless piece, we ensure your order reaches you securely and quickly.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free domestic shipping on all orders over $250 within the U.S. (Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days).

  • Expedited Shipping: Need your jewelry sooner? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping at competitive rates. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Handling & Processing Times

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on the country)

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. locations and select international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items. Please provide a physical address for your delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AMI Diamond, we understand that purchasing fine estate jewelry and engagement rings is an important decision. Due to the delicate nature of our estate items, we have a strict 14-day return policy. Please review the following details before making your purchase:

Eligibility for Returns and Store Credit/ Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be in original, unworn condition and include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at amidiamond@live.com or call us at 602-432-2920.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Carefully package your jewelry in the original box and shipping materials for protection.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges/ Store Credit

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days for different sizes, styles, or designs.

  • If there is a price difference, the appropriate charge or credit will be applied.

  • The exchange item will be shipped after we receive the original item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be issued.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns, particularly on custom or personalized jewelry.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will resolve the issue promptly by offering either a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
