International Shipping: We also offer international shipping at competitive rates. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At AMI Diamond, we understand that purchasing fine estate jewelry and engagement rings is an important decision. Due to the delicate nature of our estate items, we have a strict 14-day return policy. Please review the following details before making your purchase:

Eligibility for Returns and Store Credit/ Exchanges

Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in original, unworn condition and include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Carefully package your jewelry in the original box and shipping materials for protection.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges/ Store Credit

Exchanges are available within 14 days for different sizes, styles, or designs.

If there is a price difference, the appropriate charge or credit will be applied.

The exchange item will be shipped after we receive the original item.

Refunds
